Frylight Yorkshire Puddings
Using Frylight instead of solid fats to cook your Yorkies is a great cooking tip that saves hundreds of calories! Simply spray a cold muffin tin with Frylight and place into a hot oven for 2 minutes.
Pour your Yorkshire Pudding mix evenly into the muffin tin and cook for 20-25 minutes until golden and risen. Serve immediately.
For a super easy low fat garlic bread use Frylight Garlic Oil spray on your favourite bread before putting in the oven. You can even spray it on bread before going in the toaster for the ultimate garlic toast. Don’t forget to add a few sprays before serving for an extra garlicky hit!
No goose fat required for your ultimate Sunday roasties! Simply par boil your potatoes as normal then drain. Whilst still warm, spray liberally with a Frylight spray to ensure they are coated thoroughly. Season to your liking and roast in a hot oven until golden and crisp.
Corn on the Cob
Bring a pan of water to the boil and then blanch the corn for 2 minutes. Remove from the pan. Spray all over with Butter Frylight and season before placing on to a hot griddle or BBQ. Cook for 5-10 minutes turning regularly.

Cake and Bake Release
Whatever you’re baking, Frylight spray ensures there’s no sticking and your cakes come out perfect. Simply spray your cake or muffin tin well with Frylight before adding the cake mixture.
For a delicious, wholesome snack use your Frylight cooking spray to make vegetable crisps. You can use any vegetables you like such as carrots, parsnips, beetroot, kale, sweet potato. Whatever your vegetable of choice, use a mandolin to thinly slice, lay out on a baking tray and spray liberally with Frylight. Season with salt and pepper and roast in the oven until golden. Leave to cool and crisp up.
Use Frylight spray instead of butter or margarine for crispy and golden toasties. Simply spray your outer pieces of bread a few times before cooking. Perfect in a sandwich maker too!
Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Don’t get messy with fish skin sticking to your baking tray or silver foil. Cover the surface with a few sprays of Frylight before adding your fish, and you’ll have lovely crispy skin and no sticking!
Crisp Jacket Potatoes
Prick a jacket potato all over and spray with Butter Frylight. Cook in a hot oven for one hour until fluffy inside and crispy and golden on the outside. No slathering in butter needed, just a 1 cal spray where required.
